Ordered my little girl a Princess bed for her birthday, I showed her the picture and she was so excited about it! Once it got delivered I gave away her bed to a friend who was in need of one for their child. Once I had gotten around to opening the box to start building it the head board and footboard were all split and a chunk of wood took out of it! Couldn’t let her sleep in it in case she hurt herself on it! My child now has no bed to sleep in until a replacement comes in four days time! Spoke to customer service and I’m not even getting anything knocked off the price for my inconvenience but I get to keep the broken parts? To apparently donate if I want to... why would I donate a broken toddler bed for another child to hurt themselves on it? Why would a company want to keep an unhappy customer? Only thing to gain out of that is no repeat business! I would have ordered another toddler bed for my 1 year old in a few months time but I’d rather look else where after this service!
