Ordered an item which should have arrived today. Given fake tracking number, had no way of finding out where my parcel was. Palmed off with excuses by someone on the phone who told me I'd receive a text with my time slot (how, without a valid tracking number?) Tried to blame DHL by claiming to be having problems with them. Quite happy to take your money but don't want to know when you don't receive your goods. My first order from Wayfair and it will definitely be my last.
