Worst experience ever. Ordered wardrobe in June. Parts arrived in September, 6 pieces damaged. Complained and provided replacements after 1 month. 1 month later they deliver the wrong parts. replacements ordered, 3 items arrived instead of 4, and guess what? 2 were damaged. It is November. I've been living out of suitcases for 2 years, and Wayfair cannot send a wardrobe without damaged parts. Have explained packaging is bad and the quality is bad, yet they don't seem to improve on this. Have now requested a full refund and collection of the parts. Never ordering from Wayfair again.
