Exactly the same problem as other reviewers, failed to deliver, told me I needed to collect it from DHL 50 Kim’s away. Then they sent it to a local collection centre who wouldn’t let me collect it as DHL didn’t send the correct paperwork. 2weeks in they agreed to a cancellation and refund. The day after the parcel was left in the rain on my doorstep with no notice, no paperwork. I’m now having a huge battle to get a refund. Very frustrating and stressful. I’m doing a chargeback on my credit card.
