Awful after sales service. Ordered a prelit Xmas tree received a completely different tree to the one ordered had a replacement which was exactly the same tree as previously. Requested a refund and for the two trees to be collected. I was told I had to photograph the tree (god knows why) which I did however none of the several different email addresses they sent would accept the return email. After numerous conversations I was told that a refund was to be arranged. It has taken two weeks to get the collection sorted and the refund is still to arrive. Avoid this company like the plague
