Placed an order which failed to turn up. Wayfair use Hermes presumably because they’re the cheapest but unfortunately you get what you pay for and in my experience Hermes are an appallingly bad courier. Despite the loss of the item being no fault of my own Wayfair have told me that I will need to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund while they look for it!! It’s cost me time and money and inconvenienced my customer. They have ignored my request for a refund. Dreadful service, would not use again.
