Poor customer service. Half bed arrived late, still waiting for other half! And a response from Wayfair ! Is your policy to wait until the customer contacts you to inform them items won’t arrive on time, are delayed, are lost in transit, remind customer advisor they were going to call back? Dreadful experience.
