Bad customer service
I have never dealt with more inexperienced customer service team who give different information regarding the same request only to be told at the end that also there is no supervisor on site to address the issue in the right manner.
I then decided to write a complaint about how I was given wrong information over the phone only to receive a reply that does not address any of the things I pointed out in my first email, but simply saying that “the team is not expected to drop everything and deal with me” - the customer !
