I have been trying to return an order for over 4 weeks, l've called and arranged a collection date three times, spent my time waiting for UPS to collect the items, no one turns up - nothing, its a disgrace. Clearly it's all a joke to the company. I will have to suffer the loss, over £130+ but l will bever ever buy from this company again.
