First time customer and experience not good so far. Ordered 4 items. One had damaged parts, ordered replacement - replacement part also damaged and incorrect colour, replacement for the replacement also damaged and incorrect colour.
1 other item still hasn't turned up, despite stating on website that it has been dispatched, no way to trace this item as tracking details not showing.
