Ordered a mirror the week before Christmas. I decided it was unsuitable so returned it on Jan 11th. Despite several excuses of a blip in the system, assurances from customer services that the problem would be sorted out and payment made within 3 to 5 working days, etc, etc, it has taken 4 lengthy phone calls and a wait of 5 weeks (18th Feb) before my refund was made. Shocking service!
