The quality of the products and the online descriptions are terrible.
We bought an office chair that once opened looked like it had been used. Marks all over the components. We also bought 2 cabinets to go under a desk and the quality is so bad its laughable! They say they are made in Germany and perhaps so but that means little these days. My advice, looking at the number of other dissatisfied customer, is not to use them and get in your car and go to Ikea or the like and see the product in the flesh before purchasing. Very disappointed.
