Ordered a shelf unit 2 weeks ago. Chased up delivery with them. They sent me email saying would definitely be delivered yesterday. Waited all day. No delivery. Rang today. They said was at DHL depot and it was their responsibility to deliver on time!. Rang DHL who checked and said they hadn't received product from Wayfair yet.
Will not be buying from Wayfair again.
