Utter disappointment regarding the service provided by Wayfair. I ordered a Montserrat 10 seater garden dining set on 10/4/20 and was given a delivery date of 23/4/20. My money was taken in full from my account on 14/4/20 so of course delivery would be imminent. This morning -scheduled delivery date- I look for further info only to find that through ‘my account’ it is delayed till potentially 4/6/20. I am disgusted firstly that a more obvious route of communication was not used to inform of such a huge delay and secondly that you would take my payment in full with no intention of delivering the item. At no point should a consumer’s money be taken without despatch of goods.
