I order a sofa set three weeks ago, and I was supposed to receive it two days ago, but it’s missing, and they are conducting a search with their delivery company. If I hadn’t called them, I would have been waiting and would have never known that it was missing. When I called, the adviser said that my order should be updated daily via the tracking system, and hadn’t been done so, since the the 2nd of May, which they didn’t notice, until I called, which is crazy. How are they not monitoring orders placed to them!!! Now they want me to wait another week for them to search for a missing sofa set, not a pair of shoes, a sofa set, and if it is not found, they will send out a new one, with the same delivery company. This is Mad, of course I will request a refund as I am not accepting a lost and found sofa, god knows where it would have gone, how do you lose a sofa set.
