I ordered a left handed corner sofa…
I ordered a left handed corner sofa and a footstall. I received a right handed sofa and no footstall. I was told i would get an email to find out where my missing footstall had gone, 1 week later i got nothing back, i rang them and they said they would order it now, i don't understand why that wasn't done straight away! Now having to wait another 4 weeks for the right sofa to be delivered, i haven't been offered any form of goodwill. will never use again.
