I ordered a bed frame through Wayfair. They sent me a different brand of a similar looking product, but a brand that costs about $100 less elsewhere.
When I attempted to use the return feature on their website, they want to charge me $62 for a shipping label even though they themselves are the ones that sent the inferior item. They run their company using a bait and switch sales model.
