Wayfair sent a parcel, which I waited in and never arrived, so my son had to go out and buy this item as it was a birthday present, I emailed wayfair 20 plus emails, explaining the situation, explained I wanted a refund for 2 weeks they ignored me, then told me they were sending the item again, I told them I wanted a refund, yet again this was ignored, I'm not signing for somthing I told them not to bother sending, I am now going to trading standards, the customer service is non existence, they ignored all my emails and demands for a refund and just sent me somthing that I cancelled any way, I'm fuming, and I will never buy of wayfair again, 🤬
