If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered a coffee table from Wayfair. It never arrived, so they put their "special delivery team" on it. We'll resolve and contact you ASAP. I never heard from them. After a week of chasing them and DHL, I got a generic email stating they were issuing me a refund. I can order the table again, but it will cost me more that I originally paid. That's their process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Horrible customer service.
