Ordered an expensive desk. Order cancelled (due to a "technical issues" on Wayfair side), and I am asked to reorder the same desk, but now at higher price! Emailed customer services, they told me that they "do not price match", so my request to honour the original price was rejected. Meanwhile I have not received the refund yet, so Wayfair has a benefit of keeping my cash until they process the refund (which does not seem to be fast). Very disappointed by the service.
