Ordered something in the middle of night and tried to cancel.
Wayfair website says look for CANCEL ORDER button. No button exists.
Called & emailed customer service.
Wayfair says 'Item is already shipped' at 11 pm.
Called back in morning and Wayfair says I will have to pay restocking fee.
What a scammy way to run a company.
Deny options to cancel, force shipping, charge restocking fee.
That's their scam. Don't buy from these guys.
