Was doubtful about using Wayfair and sadly was proved correct! Excruciating experience from start to finish. Abysmal communication, delays, terrible delivery service and excuses.
Ordered another large item from Argos who kept me updated the whole time. Great comms and delivery. Faultless.
Would never use Wayfair again nor would I recommend them to anyone else either.
