I came in with a broken screen due to lcd display breaking after crushing my iPad . I went into the store on the 30th December and Ricky said he’d do his best to get it fixed for the next day.
The screen got ordered but didn’t work and due to the holidays it was done by second January. Even though I paid more than I budgeted for majority good customer service and was honest with where supplies had come from
