Shockingly bad service. Had a Z3 Fold for a warranty repair that initially took 2 weeks to for them to resolve. The folding screen was the issue. SAMSUNG sent me to this 3rd party company as they are an authorised repairer. Phone was delivered back to me after 2 weeks and now has to be returned to them as it has a faulty front screen. There was never an issue with the front screen and this is a fault that this company has caused. Have taken 2 days off work for initial collection/delivery and will need to repeat this again, so 4 days off work, several hours on the phone to Wefix & Samsung and follow up emails of complaint to follow. Avoid this repair centre at all costs and demand your handset is sent elsewhere when Samsung suggest it. DREADFUL SERVICE AND UTTERLY INCOMPETENT !!!!!

Waited in all day for them to turn up. Nobody came! They said I had emailed them to cancel but I hadnt, they lied! Im finding it hard now to trusti them! Will they turn up tomorrow like they have told me?? Watch this space!

I came in with a broken screen due to lcd display breaking after crushing my iPad . I went into the store on the 30th December and Ricky said he’d do his best to get it fixed for the next day. The screen got ordered but didn’t work and due to the holidays it was done by second January. Even though I paid more than I budgeted for majority good customer service and was honest with where supplies had come from

Very bad service. I reported my issue, engineer come as no results. New appointment and again same. Again new appointment. Like that nearly one month. Totally bad service

The guy who came to fix my phone, did not have a clue on what he was doing. He changed my battery to a non Apple battery, which is causing my IPhone to turn off constantly and I am now without my phone for since Monday. After having this issue, Wefix has been useless on helping me as a customer, were not able to send another guy out to fix my phone. All they said was there is nothing I can do, so I am not happy and will not recommend trusting them ever!

I did not get the pleasure to use and pay for this Company's services, thankfully. I spoke to the AIRHEAD Manager directly on the phone...so so appalled and disappointed by the backwards response I got: I am appalled at the first step, how the Manager has advised the Flyer/Leaflet spreaders that go around for hours putting Leaflets in People's doors, "Even if it says 'NO JUNK MAIL, put it through the letterbox. When they shout at you 'Why are you doing this, save the ENVIRONMENT, these leaflets are obviously just going in the Bin.. Say 'My Manager has Advised me To Do This"... Nice to get to the bottom of this, Not the Flyer Guy/Gal's fault, the Manager on the other hand is UnProfessional and Backwards, since he isn't able to see how his job is to help people and environment, but he chooses to go Against Choosing to Save the Environment, and Help Those People with Bad Backs and Knees having to go down, pick up leaflets that they asked and went through the efforts of posting 'No Junk Mail' on the door, to let them know 'We Are Not Buying'. I have spoken to other companies that have put people and environment down, they have immediately taken precautions to make this better, to improve their ways, and learn. But Not WeFIX.

the customer service sucks, they first gossip and talk to you exactly as someone else has asked them to and then when asked for a complaints information get angry blame you and start screaming then they claim they will call back to resolve the issue but they dont call back even.

First repair was good. Then less than a month later the screen smashed from falling 12inches off my bed. I questioned them about this and they said if it was impact it wasn't their fault, which I understand. But. Its meant to be legit guerrilla glass and I just can't imagine that smashing into the lcd screen so easily as it did. Now having to pay to repair it again. And they've cancelled my chosen date and rebooked it for a week later.

I paid £299 to repair the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The booking process was smooth and the technician arrived on time and carried out the repair work in a very timely fashion. However, after returning the phone, it was no longer able to register the SIM card and so was unusable for phone calls and text messages. I called WeFix and they informed me that they had run diagnostics which had "confirmed" that the phone was in working order, so I had to contact Samsung to claim a repair under warranty. After successfully testing my SIM in another phone, I had to go through the laborious tasks of restarting the phone several times, taking the SIM card in and out and finally having to do a factory reset (under the guidance of Samsung). All to no avail. So I have had to book another repair - after damage caused by WeFix - under my own steam, since WeFix have washed their hands of any responsibility, which leaves me with a defective phone for a week. I gave them another call to ask them about their customer care policy and if they do anything to address issues such as these where the customer is inconvenienced. After rattling off some pre-prepared text, the person on the phone confirmed that they don't do anything, and in fact tried to defend this stance. Simply put, they don't care if they inconvenience a customer.

Terrible , there are super rude , I pay super expensive for fix my work tablet and I explend I need this asap tô work I am self employer I need this tablet tô pay my rent , and I book in The Page online for The next Day, in The some Day They callme saying Just have time slot for The next week and me very frustrade Just Accept because Was The only Way and when arrives The Day to fix They send a message "Just to confirm, is the 9th April ok for you? It is the earliest date available." 9 days after and when I call super stressed The Lady Just hang up in my face 2 times because I Was stressed asking for my refund and they really dont care about The customers are super terrible The customer attention ..... terrible experience With this company......and With my Wife some happens

Had wefix out earlier today to fix my Samsung s10 5g screen, less than 10 mins they came out saying they can't repair as the motherboard is faulty. The phone was still turning on previously so I was a bit confused, they left and said I'd receive a refund. Then I got an email saying the refund would be processed less my £59 call out fee. I wasn't really happy with this as they sat in the van for hardly any time at all then I'm expected to pay £59 for no repair! Phoned customer service, they advised it was in their terms and conditions but not highlighted unlike the statement if you're not in! Offered no resolution and I'm now left with an "expensive paperweight" according to the technicians. Would give zero stars if I could

Utter abd complete timewasters ! Booked my samsung phone for repair due to screen burn/ghosting guy turns up looks at the phone takes it in his van , knocks on door half an hour later saying that it's not that bad and samsung will not repair it, gets on phone to samsung phone gets collected the next day and returned to me fully repaired 3 days later , another thing was i was asked by samsung if we fix had even been out cause on the system was showing that we fix have not put it on the system , AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! COWBOYS

Turned up to fix my phone under warranty - all sounded great, but then when they found that my screen had previously been replaced they refused and made up loads of excuses not to even try and repair the phone. They peeled open the back and left it half open.

Sounded like a great service to repair my phone screen in a van outside my house... meaning I'm only without a phone for an hour. Was worth £160... or so I thought! Technician actually gave me back a phone that no longer worked, then I was left with the stress of MANY phone calls to try and get someone to take responsibility. It was fixed after 13 days... and I was not offered any compensation for the hours of stress I had calling Wefix and Samsung (for some reason it was a warranty issue!) In this case it was definitely not worth having my phone screen fixed. I wish I'd kept my £160 and not had the stress of no working phone for 13 days! Customer service was appalling which only added to the stress of the situation. The technician was nice... he apologised for breaking my phone. It was customer service that was so bad!

my galaxy s10 battery became faulty under warranty, called Samsung, they offered repair with wefix/samsungrepair, the earliest appointment was in 7 days, booked it, they cancelled less than 24 hours to repair appointment, they texted and said they don't have the parts in stock. now there can only be two reasons for this. 1. they overbooked themselves and used parts not in stock excuse to cancel. (shows management is a joke) 2. they might not the item in stock which is fair enough but why wait one week to tell me the night before. (shows stock management is a joke) I personally think its the first one, either way dishonest and untrustworthy company, shame on Samsung for referring their customers to them

Booked to get my phone fixed on Tuesday 8th September where I took a days holiday from work. Got a text at 8am to say a technician will arrive at 8.45am, not even 15 minutes later I received a phone call to say the technician was unwell and they will book me in for the next available slot. I was offered Tuesday 15th September which I was unable to accept so I re-booked for the Friday 18th September where I took another day's holiday from work. I received a text with a times lot and the same thing happened again to say they need to rearrange as the technician is unwell! I have now demanded a full refund. Please beware do not use this service and do not waste your holidays as I have done!

Booked via my insurance. Made an appointment. They sent me a timeslot on the day, then sent an email a little while later saying actually they didn't have the parts and I had to wait a week for them to come back. Shame as when they came, the guy was nice and I was pleased with the repair, but being let down on the day and waiting a week isn't acceptable. Was not going to do a review, but my partner is currently mid claim using them and they have let him down twice so it isn't a one off.
