my galaxy s10 battery became faulty under warranty, called Samsung, they offered repair with wefix/samsungrepair, the earliest appointment was in 7 days, booked it, they cancelled less than 24 hours to repair appointment, they texted and said they don't have the parts in stock.
now there can only be two reasons for this.
1. they overbooked themselves and used parts not in stock excuse to cancel. (shows management is a joke)
2. they might not the item in stock which is fair enough but why wait one week to tell me the night before. (shows stock management is a joke)
I personally think its the first one, either way dishonest and untrustworthy company, shame on Samsung for referring their customers to them
