Booked via my insurance.
Made an appointment. They sent me a timeslot on the day, then sent an email a little while later saying actually they didn't have the parts and I had to wait a week for them to come back.
Shame as when they came, the guy was nice and I was pleased with the repair, but being let down on the day and waiting a week isn't acceptable.
Was not going to do a review, but my partner is currently mid claim using them and they have let him down twice so it isn't a one off.
