In another review, there was a post about a phone number that the buyer can call to make returns -- because otherwise returns aren't an option, although the website says returns are welcome. Do not use this number! -- it is part of the scam: 252-477-0063. The person answering the call directs you to go to teamviewer.com, provide them with the number for the card to which you'll want your refund to go, go through a number of steps that ends up having them take over your computer. And they start charging against your account. I was a doofus, for sure, but at some point in this ludicrous process, a light bulb went off in my head, so within about 15 minutes on the phone, I hung up, shut down my computer, checked my account and found two charges ($200/each) to Target and Staples. I have reported this to the Washington State Attorney General.
