I ordered six sweaters $26-30 on 11/9. I received: two of the items I ordered (sweaters); one sweater that was absolutely unlike anything I ordered; and three sweatshirts with *photographs of a sweater printed on them*. They look absolutely ridiculous. I sent a detailed reply with photos of what I ordered vs what I received and text of the description of the product ("knitted, crochet, jacquard"). I have been emailing since 12/14, but the best they will offer is a coupon. (!!!!) I can't even ship the 4 sweatshirts back. As of today, they changed some of the product descriptions but some still say "knitted". I made it clear, I hope, that I will never order from them again. I also told them I would share this experience.
