“The items I received were far from what was advertised. When I contacted them about returns I was advised that it was from china and I would have to pay for the expense of the return. I sent them pictures in comparison to what was advertised.However customer service is not going to give me a refund. I will never order from them again.”
“I would rate lower if I could. The dress i received is thin and the pattern is so blurry! Looks nothing like the picture! Plus I sent an email to try to cancel the order shortly after I bought it, and I didn't receive any email. Now I have the item and still didn't receive an email. They will not be getting any more money from me.”

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a dress and received something completely different—not even close to what I ordered. They do not respond to emails, and I have not received any refund. On top of that, they expect me to pay for postage to return the wrong item they sent! Extremely disappointing customer service. What I have received is a cheap (very cheap) thin fleece printed sweater. It was described as a thick needle wool blend (I'm pretty certain that there is a minimal amount of wool fibre in this. It took a month to arrive and is awful.”
“I bought 2 pullovers, didn't like them. I tried to return them per their policy only to be asked to keep them in exchange for 40% off another item. Told them "No, I want a refund". They sent me their address to return the items AFTER I filed a complaint through PayPal and would cost $32 PER ITEM to return to China (however it appears they came from California). The items cost $39 and $43 respectively. So whats the point in returning them to China. I'm stuck with them.”
“SUPER DISAPPOINTING! I purchased seven items, and each was disappointing. The "Christmas Santa Tree Hooded Cropped Jacket" had grabbed my attention, so I bought it and six more items. The jacket they sent had no lining! I have images of the listing and the item they sent! I was also deeply disappointed in the customer lack-of-support. “This company is clearly out to scam people; I ordered a hoodie and some pants and was horrified by the quality once they arrived. They looked nothing like the picture with very poor workmanship, terrible polyester masterial, etc. When I inquired about returning something I was given the run-around ("please wait 5-7 days for an answer to your inquiry" because the process is "cumbersome". All they offered was a 20% off coupon so I could buy some more terrible products. I waited and was never offered any way to return despite several emails. I was just told I would have to pay the very high price of shipping stuff back to China. Horrible customer service and horrible products. DO NOT BUY FROM WEARSHES.”
