Their adverts for the products appear that they are knitted however they are very cheap printed polyester sweatshirts.
When I contacted them requesting a return and refund I was asked if I would accept a 20% off coupon to purchase another item. Upon refusing this I was offered a 40% coupon.
Regarding the refund I was told that the cost of the return would be expensive.
I have had to put the item into the charity bag as I do not want it and am £25 worse off.”

“In another review, there was a post about a phone number that the buyer can call to make returns -- because otherwise returns aren't an option, although the website says returns are welcome.
Do not use this number! -- it is part of the scam: 252-477-0063. The person answering the call directs you to go to teamviewer.com, provide them with the number for the card to which you'll want your refund to go, go through a number of steps that ends up having them take over your computer. And they start charging against your account.
I was a doofus, for sure, but at some point in this ludicrous process, a light bulb went off in my head, so within about 15 minutes on the phone, I hung up, shut down my computer, checked my account and found two charges ($200/each) to Target and Staples. I have reported this to the Washington State Attorney General.”

“Avoid this company like the plague. I bought two jumpers from them only to find they are not even knitted let alone by hand, but printed material and worse, lined with a white fabric presumably to make them warmer. The printed version is terrible and not plain in its so-called Icelandic pattern. The images shown have been lifted from a different web page which no longer available on its original page.
The distributors are centred in a remote Chinese town where the address comes up as a car park. I googled their address which provided the information.”
“What I got vs what I ordered is almost laughable. The colors, fabric, and patterns are not even close to the same. Pictures attached.
It took days of a back and forth correspondence and a lot of push back from them to even allow me to return the product. Not to mention it took almost 3 weeks to get to me and I have to pay return shipping back to China. Horrible company and horrible products. Buyer beware.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. 1) terrible quality, doesn't hang right, looks like my 8th grade sewing project. 2) One item that I paid for was not included in the shipping as listed. They gave the wrong number to call so shipping issues. Finally went to website to the so called "Customer Service". SLOOOOOW responses over weeks, gaslighting, etc. I have asked for a refund and now it has to go to "another department". I believe this "company" is a scam, STAY AWAY. Not sure I will ever get my money back. Wished I read the reviews before buying. Oh yes, sizing is WAY OFF. "Linen" is very scratchy.”
“I ordered "Linen" clothing but when it came - it was not. I am a small person and these items ran way too large. There was a misunderstanding and a duplicate order was charged and sent. In all, there are 7 items I wish to return. BEWARE the shipping costs of return are the price it costs to ship TO CHINA! My order was $180 and the return cost is $74.95. At first they kept offering me more and more coupons to use. I don't want anything more to do wih this company! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.”

“DO NOT ORDER from here, unless you like cheap rip offs and a complicated and annoying process for returns. First the description and pictures of their clothing are false. Tried to order somtheing "western" style and recieved a wannabe knockoff of a Hawain style shirt with very poor printing on it. This company has the audacity to try and charge an absurd amount for these very fake and horrible pieces of clothing. You can't even call them knockoffs, because they are so horribly bad in style, material, printing, every large to small detail is dissappointing. The return policy is ridiculas, first you have to contact customer service, who does not get back you right away then when you contact them again for a return they all of a sudden need an explanation and pictures???? What? For real, they know how awful their products are, what do you mean you need an explanation and a picture. Then after that if they accept your explanation and pictures you have to wait another 5-7 days for them to respond to you, if they do. You have to keep reminding them that you need to return a horrible piece of clothing that is overpriced due to their false advertising. Just ridiculous, save your money and shop at Temu or SHein at least their knockoffs can still be considered a knockoff. The pics show what was advertised and what was actually sent.”
