I was absolutely delighted with the service I received! Debbie was very efficient on the phone and extremely fast in replying to emails and it all worked out brilliantly. The wheelchair comes in a compact box, which is easy to store and unpacking/packing and unfolding/folding was really easy - also for wheelchair novices like me. My mother was visiting from abroad and without the wheelchair we would not have managed our "programme" - which included a visit to Ladies Day at Royal Ascot! Obviously with a slightly spruced-up version of the wheelchair!
