I am still waiting for a resolution with regards to badly scratched glass door panel.
Several phone calls, 2 emails. No one ever gets back to me and the last customer service operator I spoke to, said because the doors have been hung and varnished nothing could be done.
I explained I was following the instructions that came with the doors and which are also on the company website, recommending that the plastic protector should remain on the glass until doors are hung and varnished.
