Awful service from Wickes, paid more to be delivered on Saturday, I've had no reply or information from the delivery company or Wickes. I was told by a customer service agent on the live chat, I would receive a phone call regarding where my product is, I've have had no reply whatsoever.
The live chat system is constantly down, other than for customers looking to purchase a new bathroom or kitchen. Unable to get through to customer service to cancel my order and ask for a refund due to hour long wait times. Poor service and trading standards, will definitely not be using Wickes in future again, I recommend you avoid them.
