Bought a new kitchen with building works required and fully managed project.
The project manager was not assigned. The kitchen is not installed fully, it is not straight, holes were left in walls and ceilings. It’s been nearly 2 years and the online complaints process is slow, inefficient and biased.
Don’t ever buy a kitchen service from them
