The most useless shop ever,
Staff is not trained and have no clue of what they are selling. The most common answer you would probably get from them is : "I don't know..."
It looks like most of them are employed to restock the aisle..
I decided to go to B&Q and ask the same question to a member of the staff and the difference is definitely there..
What a shame
