Utter shambolic and disgraceful service from their store in Thurmaston from the Design Consultant to Customer Relations contact.
One year on since we ordered our bathroom and their cowboy installer couldn't fit what was described as a basic, simple job, their customer services team couldn't fulfil their promise of delivering a new bath they promised and their reluctance to apologise for the shambles that has been is nothing short of a disgrace.
They've taken our money and couldn't provide a service that they supposedly pride theirselves on.
