Paid for a potting shed in February 2021 in full, to be informed on the website WILL be delivered within 105 days.
Followed up our order to be told it would be delivered 17th September, 7 months after we had paid for it.
Customer service is appalling, wouldn't do anything to change or improve the issue and then cancelled our order!!! All after removing our old shed, so all our tools are set outside, and apparently we have to wait 2 weeks for a refund.
Always used Wickes but now I'm not recommending them anyone. Appalling and misleading advertising!!
