Visited Wimbledon Branch, enormous queues due to only 2 cashiers,one taking card payments one cash. Silly manager stands there and gives preference to card payers. Meanwhile 8 staff stand around chatting with each other rather than helping out on the till.
I have never seen such poor customer service, so placed my products on the floor and walked out. If the manager, hasn't got the sense to put extra people on the till when it gets busy, they've lost my trade for good.
How difficult is it to take a cash payment? Seems it's a great inconvenience to Wickes!
