Ordered a kitchen with a quartz worktop. To get the cabinets delivered was a nightmare. Couldn’t use their own installers because of a 3 month delay and have had problems getting someone to come out and measure for a template for the worktop. Cannot reach the complaints and customer service depts on the phone (always busy). The after care service once they have secured the sale is appalling. Would never use them again.
