Ordered a week in advance and on the day the main components that I wanted - the plasterboard weren’t on the van. In the end I had to go to the shop and pick it up,myself. I asked by email if I could then have my store discount as this stuff was £50a sheet but I never got a reply.
So all in all a stressful waste of time and money that I won’t risk repeating, instead use the local builders merchant.
