Ordered £400 of timber a week ago. Was supposed to receive a text the night before delivery. Didn't happen. Rang the rotherham store at 7am when they opened to be told Citysprint would be delivering and i would get a text when they were loaded. Didn't happen. Had a day off work for absolutely nothing.
