Orded a kitchen and bathroom from Wickes. From the start, it was beset with problems. We ended up with a shower that leaks, an oven/grill and fridge/freezer unit that was NOT fitted with a safety critical isolation switch, and a boiler housing that prevents any safety maintenance on the boiler.
Customer service is a joke, they offered a paltry amount of compensation for their mistakes and overall, ate a terrible company. I would NOT recommend them. In fact, bloody useless. Happy to take your money, unlikely to put things right. Wickes- we'll do it wrong.
