Bought a new kitchen and bathroom with Wickes installed in June, by November the shower pump failed after two weeks new one fitted thar failed again in January.Bristan investigated and found thw wrong pump had been fitted.
Customer services have now bounced us back to the Brentwood store who tell us a corrective action form has been raised but as there is a backlog no indicarion if when this will be fitted, now been nearly a month without a shower from Steve Ackerman Dagenham
