Don't expect service from Customer Service! You spend hours waiting for your call to be answered. When you do get through, you're promised a resolution. The resolution never materialises. And repeat
Office units are expensive, key components (like drawer runners) are missing. The Design Consultants are poor, and their printed plan of how your new installation will look is laughable.
Generally speaking, Wickes make MFI look good !! I would avoid at all costs
