Only ordered a pot of paint from oxford store and went to pick up the following day.
Travelled 10 miles to store.
Handed over printed copy of order with all details, but then they asked for a pin number texed to my phone. On checking my phone it transpires i was not sent a text!
I was refused the paint!
What a load of rubbish Wickes are.
