my refund was late on the 10 days wickes promise on their website.
Had to chase it, was promised compensation after the refund, I have that in writing!
Then the refund came trhough, and customer service said there wont be any compensation.
Yes, you read that right, they went back on their promise.
Very negative experience, I would give them zero stars if I could.
