I ordered 3 sheets of plywood from Wickes and waited over a week without receiving the delivery. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the order had been delivered and provided photos as proof. but those photos clearly showed a completely different address. I sent them photos of what my actual address looks like, and they acknowledged the issue, promising to investigate and get back to me within 3 days. That never happened. After several failed follow-ups and broken promises, I asked them to cancel the order. Since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. no refund, no replacement, and no replies, even after I submitted a formal complaint to Wickes. It’s now been over a month. As a long-standing customer, I find this incredibly disappointing. The customer service is completely unresponsive, and the way they’ve handled (or ignored) this issue is unacceptable. I will continue to post this review across platforms until the issue is properly resolved.
