Terrible experience. I paid for next-day delivery, but received no tracking information and no updates. When I contacted customer service, I was told one item was out of stock, so the whole order was put on hold — yet no one informed me or gave me the option to receive the remaining items.
I had to make multiple calls, spoke to different people who all said they'd follow up, but I’m still waiting with no clear answer and no delivery.
I’ve arranged a tradesperson expecting the items to arrive, and now I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it. My money was taken and the service has been appalling. Absolutely unacceptable.
