What went right? Awful customer service, I hope the product is better than the rest of my experience so far, which has gone to far to cancel. I had numerous text with delivery times until 9.30am then nothing. Called 11.30ish to 'customer services ' spent an hour on the phone, live link not working "they don't have links to the drivers" well who does? Going to call me back, still haven't!
