Ordered a shower base, door and panel, turned up badly damaged, took over 2 weeks to collect, and a further 7 days to refund, ended up using PayPal resolution to force Wickes to do anything.
Found out that Wickes were basically a middle man, they literally buy showers from Ultra finishing and then mark up the price and sell to you! Absolutely useless.
