Very poor experience.
Paid in Oct 2019 for a bathroom installation to be done in January 2020. The fitter cancelled by text the day he was meant to start. They offered me another date six months after I'd paid for it! It took another month and a lot of chasing to get my money back. Hopelessly inept. Avoid!!!
